Small does not mean
insignificant.

I know the personal struggle and freedom that can come with building something of your own. I also know the late nights no one sees, the decisions you second-guess, and the moments when you remind yourself, "If this were easy, everyone would do it."

I believe our communities depend on small businesses. Without them, we end up in a world that feels more and more controlled by large corporations and national chains. Small businesses bring personality, service, relationships, creativity, and heart to the places we live. I believe we all have a role to play in helping them grow.

I started The Mustard Seed Agency after my son was born because I wanted to build a business that gave me more time with him, while also making a difference in a world that often seems built for the success of large, national companies.

I have spent more than 20 years in marketing, media, digital sales, advertising, websites, and strategy. Over the years, I have worked with hundreds of businesses, and I love helping owners create a solid foundation for growth.

So many small business owners are doing great work, but their online presence does not always reflect the quality of the work they actually do. The website may be outdated. The branding may feel inconsistent. Leads may be coming in through texts, DMs, sticky notes, inbox searches, and good intentions. And the stronger foundation they know they need keeps getting delayed because it feels too expensive, too technical, or too overwhelming to tackle alone.

And honestly, this is the part I love.

Before starting the agency, I worked with The Dallas Morning News, WFAA-TV, NewsOK.com, HomesOK.com, and Griffin Communications. In my last corporate role, I served as the Statewide Director of Digital Sales for Griffin, where I helped build digital systems, train teams, and grow digital revenue across Oklahoma.

In 2013, I left the corporate world to build a business that allowed me to work with clients in a more personal, practical way.

The name The Mustard Seed Agency comes from the parable of the mustard seed in the Bible. To me, it is a reminder that something small can still grow into something strong, meaningful, and deeply rooted. That is how I see small businesses. You may not have a huge budget, a big team, or everything figured out yet, but that does not mean your potential is small.

Our work is to help give that potential a stronger foundation with branding, websites, search visibility, and marketing systems that support real growth.
