TNT Countertops creates spaces designed to make an impression. From statement-making stone islands to carefully fabricated countertops, their work combines technical precision with an eye for what makes a space feel complete.

Their website needed to do the same.

We redesigned TNT Countertops’ digital presence to put their craftsmanship front and center while creating a clearer, more useful experience for homeowners and businesses exploring their options.

The website redesign at a glance

  • Created a more visual, project-focused website experience
  • Made granite, quartz, and other stone options easier to explore and understand
  • Built clearer paths from inspiration to requesting a quote
  • Brought customer testimonials, suppliers, educational resources, and FAQs into the experience
  • Gave TNT’s team and personality a more visible role
  • Created a stronger foundation for ongoing content and search visibility

A website that needed to work as hard as the team behind it

The challenge

Choosing countertops is an unusually visual decision.

Customers want to see materials. They want to imagine the finished room. They want to understand the differences between their options. And before inviting someone into their home or investing in a major project, they want to know they are working with people they can trust.

That meant TNT’s website needed to do more than explain what the company sells.

It needed to show the quality of the work, answer questions before they became obstacles, introduce the people behind the craftsmanship, and make taking the next step feel simple.

Let the work lead

The strategy

The strongest proof of TNT’s capabilities already existed: the projects themselves.

The redesigned experience gives imagery a much larger role, allowing finished spaces, stone details, colors, patterns, and specialty applications to communicate the level of craftsmanship before a visitor reads a paragraph of copy.

That visual-first approach carries into TNT’s project gallery, where visitors can explore work by application and aesthetic, from waterfall edges and book-matched stone to integrated sinks, wall applications, and different color families.

The goal is inspiration, but also confidence. Customers can see that TNT has experience turning a wide range of ideas into finished spaces.

From “What do I want?” to “Let’s get started.”

Creating a clearer path through the options

Countertops come with a lot of decisions.

Granite or quartz? Natural or engineered stone? What colors work with the room? What happens during installation? How should the material be maintained afterward?

Rather than asking visitors to arrive knowing all of the answers, the site helps them learn as they explore.

Core material options are introduced directly on the homepage, supplier resources give customers places to continue their search, and TNT’s gallery makes it easier to translate individual materials into real-world applications.

Calls to request a free quote then create a natural next step when inspiration turns into a project.

Showing the people behind the stone

Building trust around the craftsmanship

A countertop may be the finished product, but people are behind every measurement, cut, seam, finish, and installation.

The redesigned site gives TNT’s team more room to be part of the story.

The Faces Behind the Craft section introduces the people customers may encounter throughout their project and reinforces the qualities TNT wants associated with its work: trust, dependability, creativity, and craftsmanship.

That matters for a local, family-run business. Customers aren't simply choosing a slab of stone. They're choosing the people they trust to bring that stone into their home.

Turning the website into a customer resource

More than a portfolio

A successful service-business website shouldn't stop being useful after someone clicks through the homepage.

TNT’s site now gives customers resources for questions that happen throughout the buying and ownership experience.

FAQs explain material differences and maintenance considerations. Educational articles cover topics ranging from preparing for installation to caring for stone after the project is complete. Additional resources help set expectations before work begins.

Together, those pieces make the website more than a showcase of completed projects. It becomes a resource customers can return to before, during, and after their countertop project.

The finished website

The finished TNT Countertops website brings the different sides of the business together: beautiful materials, detailed craftsmanship, experienced people, useful information, and a straightforward way to start a project.

It feels visual because the work is visual.

It feels approachable because the business is personal.

And it gives TNT a digital home that can continue growing alongside the company, its project portfolio, and the questions its customers are asking.
