1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by The Mustard Seed Agency ("Sponsor"), Edmond, Oklahoma. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.
2. Eligibility
Open to business owners and representatives of businesses that are not current or active clients of The Mustard Seed Agency, who are legal residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. "Current or active client" means any business with a paid engagement, retainer, hosting plan, or subscription with Sponsor as of July 6, 2026.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins Monday, July 6, 2026 and ends Sunday, July 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time. Entries received after the deadline will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
Submit the entry form at themustardseedagency.com/giveaway. One form entry per person/business. A completed entry form is required for any bonus entries to count. Bonus entries may be earned as follows:
- Complete the Marketing Roots Quiz: 1 bonus entry
- Register for Sponsor's free webinar on July 20, 2026: 1 bonus entry
- Attend that webinar live: 1 additional bonus entry
- Visit Sponsor's table at Health & Hustle OKC on July 24, 2026 and check in via the event QR code: 1 bonus entry
- Select in-person events hosted or attended by Sponsor may offer additional bonus entry opportunities, announced at those events
Maximum of 6 total entries per person/business. Each bonus action counts once; repeating an action does not earn additional entries.
5. Referral Rewards for Current Clients
Current clients and referral partners of Sponsor are not eligible to win the prize, but may participate in a separate referral reward program during the Entry Period: if a business they refer (named in the "Who sent you?" field of the entry form) is selected as the winner, the referring client receives a $250 service credit with Sponsor. Clients and referral partners who share the giveaway or refer entrants may also be entered into a separate appreciation drawing, with details announced by Sponsor. Referral rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- A 5-page custom website designed and built by Sponsor (retail value $3,495)
- Search engine optimization (SEO) setup (retail value $1,495)
- Twelve (12) months of website hosting and support (retail value $564)
Total approximate retail value: $5,554.
Prize details and conditions: Winner provides business content, images, and brand materials, or works from Sponsor's standard intake process. Website scope is limited to Sponsor's standard 5-page package; additional pages, custom features, or expanded scope are not included and may be purchased separately. Site will be scheduled and delivered within Sponsor's standard project timeline following the winner's completed intake. Winner owns their domain and website content. After the included 12 months, hosting and support continue at Sponsor's standard rate of $47/month, or winner may transfer the site elsewhere at no charge. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. No substitutions except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected by random drawing on Monday, July 27, 2026 from all eligible entries, with each entry counted once. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email and phone within 48 hours of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use the winner's name, business name, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or violates these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected entries, or errors in the administration of the giveaway. Void where prohibited.
